Residents interested in joining the LPOA can click on this link to learn about the many benefits of membership in the LPOA.

Residents who wish to report non-working street lights that are paid for by the resident are encouraged to call Pedernales Electric Cooperative at 512-262-2161.  For other lights that are paid for by the LPOA, please contact the LPOA at 275-6297 to report a street light outage.

Leisurewoods Property Owners Association Establishes Internet Presence

13-Nov-99: Beta Testing Launch of the Leisurewoods Web Site

After a warm response from those in attendance at the recent Fall LPOA meeting, it was decided to begin work on an Internet web site for the LPOA.  Mark Summers from Section 5 has agreed to construct and maintain the web site for the LPOA.

Early work for Mark will include obtaining a domain name (leisurewoods.org), setting up e-mail and web site statistics tools, and creating a "skeleton" site for the LPOA board members to test for content and ease of browsing.  Once this stage is complete, the site will be open to the general public, which should be sometime in early December.  Signs outside each entrance to the subdivision will announce when the site becomes "live".

Mark requests that members send in their comments on the site so that it may improve over time, and keep updated with the latest information concerning Leisurewoods.  For these comments, Mark can be reached at webmaster@leisurewoods.org.
